Ain Tominaga
BIO
Born in Tokyo, Japan.
Ain completed training in classical ballet at KK International by Kiyoko Kimura.
In 2017, She studied at Conservatoire de Strasbourg in France. And she moved to Vancouver to dance with Coastal City Ballet in 2018.
In 2019, She started her contemporary dance training at the Arts Umbrella Performance Research Project led by Lesley Telford. She has had the opportunity to participate in the rehearsals of the Ballet BC’s “R+J” as an understudy. And then, she joined Ballet Edmonton as an apprentice in 2020.
In 2021, She returned to Japan to do multiple projects.
She joined to KK ART PROJECT led by Kiyoko Kimura. At the KK ART PROJECT, she worked with Dimo Kirilov Milev, Yuka Oishi, Masa Kolar, and Kosuke Yamamoto.
At the same time, she is belonging to the Dance Base Yokohama as a residence dancer. And she worked with Kenta Kojiri, Jiri Pokorny, and among others.
And also she worked with Multiple Project Companies. Such as “The Musical Offering” Choreographed by Akiyoshi Nita “PV.03-61/NOGI” Directed by Keisuke Sugawara “FLOATING FLOWERS” Choreographed by Po-Cheng Tsai.
